Handling of human rights grievances

Daeheung R&T operates a procedure for receiving, handling, and resolving incidents that cause discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, or negative impacts on human rights.

Our grievance handling channels operate in both online and offline forms such as mail, hotline, and website, ensuring the anonymity and confidentiality of complainants. We prohibit retaliation, disclosure of identity, or any adverse actions against individuals who report grievances.

Upon receipt of complaints, we promptly conduct situation assessments according to procedures and, if necessary, improve internal systems or work methods to prevent recurrence. Furthermore, we review personnel actions in accordance with the criteria and procedures specified in employment regulations for employees who cause negative impacts on human rights, such as discrimination or harassment.
